Using it day to day: practical tips
Holiday trips with a folding scooter mean charging in unfamiliar places. Ask the service engineer for a load test if range drops. Corroded connectors can cut power on bumps.
lithium (LiFePO4): how it works
Lithium packs combine many cells in series and parallel. Thousands of cycles make lithium attractive for an off-grid home used all year. Use a battery monitor to track lithium charge.
Before you order: a quick checklist
- ✓ Connector style: T6. Look closely at the old battery's posts or tabs and make sure they are the same type.
- ✓ Built with lithium (LiFePO4) technology: if your vehicle or system was set up for another chemistry, check the charging settings first.
- ✓ Will it fit? The Fulbat FLP12-36 measures 195 × 130 × 162 mm, so compare length first, then width, then height with the lid or bonnet closed.
