At a glance: Drivers and owners of UPS and standby systems know this one as the Long WPS7.2-12. Nominal voltage is 12V, the same as most equipment of this kind.
A small shop's UPS keeps the till running through brief cuts. Let the equipment charge new batteries fully before relying on them. Batteries that look perfect from outside can still fail under load.
Tightly packed plates and mats give glass-mat batteries a sturdy inner structure. Wheelchairs and scooters often use AGM for clean, sealed power. A battery tester gives a clearer picture of AGM health than a voltmeter.

Yes, if they are identical. Two 12V units of 7.2Ah in series give double the voltage; in parallel they give double the capacity at 12V.
Most smart chargers have a mode for AGM. Select it before charging; an unsuitable programme can shorten battery life.
When the mains drops, the Long WPS7.2-12 takes over. Whether a standby block fits comes down to four things, all listed below: volts, amp-hours, size and connector style. Batteries online for UPS and alarms are easiest to order by the code printed on the case.
A capacity of 7.2Ah matches what many vehicles and machines in this group expect.
