Getting the best from the Trojan 24-AGM
Summer heat in a tin shed shortens battery life. Use a battery monitor to track daily depth of discharge. Swollen cases need immediate attention.
The AGM technology explained
Compression inside the case is part of what makes glass-mat batteries so sturdy. Premium cars with lots of electronics usually come with AGM from new. Charge an AGM battery on a programme made for AGM, not a generic setting.
Five checks for a perfect fit

- ✓ Grab a tape measure: 274 × 174 × 219 mm is what this case needs.
