Sonnenschein Batteries

Sonnenschein ranges

• GF-Y: cyclic range for wheelchairs and scooters.
• GF-V: traction range for more intensive cycling.

Identifying a model

Codes such as GF12050V or GF06180V show voltage and capacity. Suffix letters indicate terminal and case variants, so match the full code. Only charge on a gel programme to protect the battery. Who makes these batteries? Read the Sonnenschein overview.

Caring for gel

Gel batteries reward gentle, correct charging with long cycle life. Avoid fast chargers made for car batteries, recharge after each use, and keep the batteries away from extreme heat or frost.
